There's nothing wrong with the story, but it is only an excerpt from Measure of a Man. It took some searching to find a copy of the full book, and when I did, I realized that Christmas Eve at Swamp's End is cut straight from the middle of the book, so that it was a little confusing to start the whole story from the beginning.Product details

I loved the plot in this story. It was heart warming and had a very unexpected ending. I would read this book again.
This is a quaint story set in a small logging town, in which a 17-year-old woman has her one desire fulfilled. It was an enjoyable read.
Nice easy to read story with a great story line. Love to read these "feel good" books. Would definitely read again.
